What I’ve Always Wanted to Know About Life

Does your life seem like a mystery at times?

You wonder what are you here to do on this planet.

What is my purpose?

I’ve often had the same questions.

There have been moments where my life felt empty.

I was tired and exhausted - I wasn’t having fun in my life and each day seemed like a repeat of the last day.

What I came to notice is I was living life outside of myself.

I expected my outside circumstances to bring meaning to my life.

Meaning if I had this one thing, this would bring happiness in my life.

If I had a relationship, then I would be happy.

If I had 20K in my bank account, then I would finally have joy.

Happiness begins with you.

The things outside yourself do not create happiness, happiness starts with you.

It begins when you stop judging yourself.

It begins when you stop making the judgements that other people have of you as real and true.

Your happiness expands when you stop defining things in your life.

Your purpose in life is to be happy.

When you commit to happiness, all the things you are asking for will find you with ease.

I’m coming into this space of unattached happiness.

I’m happy for no reason.

I’m happy to simply breathe in the molecules of air.

This exchange is rather beautiful and connects me to everything around me.

I’m finding when I relax into the simplicity of happiness, everything I’m asking for is showing up with ease.

Happiness is me being me undefined.

The more I allow myself to be me, the happier I become.
