These concepts are not easy to explain. They are experienced more on an energetic level. And sometimes, putting words to them diminishes the power you have access to.
How do you tap into that space of ease, letting go of the hard work, solving every problem, and simply relaxing into ease?
The first thing you can do to start to experience this is to stop working so damn hard when you don't need to!
Most people are overworking when they can create results in less time and without overexertion. Bill Gates has been quoted saying that he hires the laziest people because they find the most efficient way to get things done.
What if this is true for you? What if you will step into your zone of genius once you stop overworking?
This space of working less and creating maximum results requires you to trust yourself again. Trusting that you know how to create with ease.
The second tool is any time you find yourself working hard or struggling to create what you desire, know that you are not being your true self. When you are being your true self, you naturally create with ease.
Try this experiment...
Start doing a task and start judging yourself, telling yourself that it is hard work and you can't do it. I bet it takes you longer to complete that task versus when you are being your true self without judgment.
