Recently, I acknowledged how weird I am.
Weird is willing to be different while receiving
judgment and continuing to be yourself regardless.
Weird is honoring yourself even if no one understands
your choices.
Let's talk about this...
I made a few choices regarding the people I surround
myself with—I cleaned house by letting go of everyone that was not contributing
to my best life.
The level of kindness I desire for myself requires
certain energies to be present in my life and others to be gone.
Those on the receiving end of my housecleaning may
judge this as mean or selfish. However, I believe when something does not truly
work for you, it doesn't work.
You don't have to subject yourself to pain and
suffering.
You have another choice.
What if you could make choices that truly honored you
without the need to prove whether you are right or wrong?
And you are honest enough to say, “This is not working
for me.”
How weird would you become?
Society says getting along with everyone is what it
means to be a good person.
Does that definition even work for you?
When you become undefined, you can breathe.
You don't have to be loved and liked by everyone.
Give people the space not to like you.
It's all good.
When you have you, you have everything you need.
