If It’s Not Ease, It’s Not My Reality

If it’s not ease, it’s not my reality.

There is a secret to reducing the amount of problems you create in your life.

If it’s not ease, it’s not your reality.

Let me paint a picture for you with color.

I remember an incidence.

I woke up jovial, started my day by choosing all the things that bring me joy.

The day was filled with so much beauty and joy.

It kept getting better by the moment.

I decided to take a walk in nature - dived into my favorite meditation.

I relaxed.

I was at ease.

Until…

I encountered a human.

You could tell they had a lot going on for them.

I mean the shit that was irritating them was crazy.

Huh?

I was totally confused.

Why would anyone choose this havoc when all they had to do was let go of what was keeping them from receiving joy?

In that moment, I knew I had a choice.

I could carry on with my reality that I had been creating and give zero fucks about what this human was demanding I take on from their reality.

You see.

If we believe we are here to heal and save people, you will always be guilted into other peoples reality.

Let people create their own reality, you are not here to save anyone or to heal anyone.

Everyone has to make a choice to change or not change, to heal their own internal wounds or avoid them.

What did I choose?

I chose me and chose to keep creating my reality - my reality is ease.

Does this seem selfish?

Not at all.

When you choose for you, you invite others to choose for them.

If they choose something different, they choose, and if they don’t, they don’t.

That’s not for you to figure out.

You will have so much ease in your life as you are no longer diminishing yourself so others can feel good about themselves.

Be aware.

People will try to pull you into their reality so they don’t have to do the work to create ease.

If you are on their level, it’s comfortable but when you are space and ease - it creates their world as uncomfortable and they also can no longer control you.

Be you - it changes the world. That’s all that’s required.
