Return to Innocence - Colombia Chronicles

My sense of playfulness has returned.

Day 1

I have been so happy being here.

Just being in the city. No rushing. No chasing.

My only job is to embrace the moment as it is.

Day 2

I’m unwinding.

We’ve been in Colombia for two days and day 2, my body has relaxed.

Normally, I'm the person ready to tour and go places but I’m giving myself space to relax.

To detox.

To enjoy where I am, to come back to being unbothered.

These places ain't going nowhere- they will be there when I'm ready.

My target is to breathe, rest, walk, create, play and come back to my truth.

Day 3

What I know for sure is whatever you desire to create, it will show up.

Take daily action to creating the life you desire, let go, and walk-in your faith.

Choose what works for you. This is an honest way to live - to live in a way that works for you - a way that brings you joy.

Maybe it's leaving for a month, few weeks, forever, or days.

Everyone's journey is different - find out what is true for you and then go forth and create it.

Day 3 continued...

The patio.

I sit here often.

Taking a pause.

Wondering?

Asking? Listening. Creating.

My creative flow is back. The whispers are whispering. It's been a minute. I consider my landscape art and I am the muse.

I'm inspired.

I'm excited for what is to come.

The last few months have been preparing me for this chapter.

We are on a spiritual journey.

Day 4-5

Sometimes the best way to change anything is to take time to do nothing.

Let go of rushing

Let go of chasing the next moment

Let go of figuring out

You become available when you let go of the noise.

Being available allows you to receive the possibility that could change everything.

Now more than ever is it vital to create space in your life to be.

To listen to your hearts desires tugging.

I’ll be opening up a space for those that are ready to retreat into being and living the life that you have been desiring to live and create.

Those who are ready already know.

Awakened and Thriving
